Sales Agreement

When purchasing a classic car from All Pro Classics, we offer a one year warranty bumper to bumper
at an additional fee of $1,299 above the purchase price agreement.

If or when you buy one of our vehicles off of EBay/internet, a $1000 deposit is required and you have
three days to pay balance on vehicle before the car can be shipped to you. Payment must be paid in
full before delivery takes place. If you have your own transporting company, the car still must be
paid in full. Payment can be made either by wire transfer, cashiers check or cash.

Please do not bid or buy our vehicles unless you fully commit and understand the terms of our
sales agreement. Your deposit acknowledges your agreement to All Pro Auto & Classics terms/policy.
This is a binding contract which all parties agree.

When the car is paid in full or contract is signed and the car is not picked up within 1-2 days, a daily
storage fee will begin. Please make sure there is an agreement before assuming free storage.

Outdoor:    $30/day   24 hour surveillance

Indoor:    $40/day    24 hour surveillance
